This is a general idea of what the job list is like. Yes, there are titles, but the titles themselves are not meant to be interpreted as rigidly as they are defined. Also, staff members with multiple talents are encouraged to take on different kinds of jobs.
We will provide you with necessary resources to be able to do your work.
The staff is separated into different teams based on their disciplines.
I. Administration Team
Description: The administration team consists of project leaders. These people have the most important jobs, and get the final say in a lot of major decisions.
Jobs: Project Leader, Staffer, Forum Manager, Team Leader
II. Resource Team
Description: Every game needs an ample repository of resources, and the members of this team will be the ones supplying us with these resources. Whether it's sprites, music, or general information, the resource team members will be able to help us get the job done.
Jobs: Resource Gatherer, Idealist, Concept Designer, Geographer
III. Knowledge Team
Description: This team will consist of many advisors with ample knowledge and expertise in key topics of the Pokémon world. The more they know, the better.
Jobs: Regional Advisor, TCG Expert, Animé Watcher, Movie Watcher, Manga Reader, Side Game Expert
IV. Program Team
Description: This team will consist of programmers who are experts in various areas of game and software development. Proficiency in programming languages and various types of programming software is essential.
Jobs: RGSS Scripter, Game Mechanic, Concept Programmer, Debugger
V. Story Team
Description: Every game needs good writers, and I don't need to explain why.
Jobs: Editor, Dialogue Writer, Story Writer, Translator, Mythology Writer
VI. Map Team
Description: The mappers will do all things relating to maps. This includes not just mapping but also tiling.
Jobs: Indoor Tile Artist, Outdoor Tile Artist, Cavern Tile Artist, Underwater Tile Artist, Indoor Mapper, Outdoor Mapper, Cavern Mapper, Underwater Mapper
VII. Sprite Team
Description: Because the game uses pixel art, we need an appropriate number of pixel artists.
Jobs: Pokémon Spriter, Interface Spriter, Character Spriter, Trainer Spriter
VIII. Art Team
Description: This team is responsible for doing regular art related to the game and its brainchildren.
Jobs: Concept Artist, Banner Artist, Interface Designer
IX. Music Team
Description: A little bit of music never heard anyone.
Jobs: Music Composer, Album Maker, Audio Engineer
