It looks like you repeated a sprite. Also, some of the sprites need transparent backgrounds. This is easy to do in GIMP and Paint.NET.

Well maybe you need to resize the the pokeball since it's a little bit too big at present...

Good to see that the pokeballs are now appropriately resized. You may consider using the Superball sprite below as well:
