The Kangaskan with the darker skin seems better, the other one looks good too. Well.... its up to Moose or HallofFame to decide.

As Moose wrote in the visitor message, this male Kangaskahan is still way too similar to the female version. You may need to make it look more masculine so that it will look like a real male pokemon. It may have coarse skin and huge stomach. The sprite is already fine to be used in my game, but it's not perfect yet.

I'll note that you were correct to exclude a pouch for the male Kangaskhan (I should know - kangaroos live in Australia =D). Only the females have them.

Yeah, an armor (or thick, scaly shell) would be nice. It could be the first Normal/Rock or Normal/Steel Pokémon.
Maybe also Metang claws and thick fur with a thinner, more muscular body.

Hmm, problem is then I'd imagine is that you'd maybe have to make male Kanghaskhan's a different Pokemon althogether to the females, due to a type change (and then possibly changes to it's base stats, moveset, etc)? =/ IDK, but maybe something to be considered - might affect the Dex numbering system then and all, meaning more work over a small type change. -_- I'd say just keeping it normal works, but... eh.
'Course, I wouldn't know how your coding works in regards to this.

It would be more than a Nidoran type. It would be like Gardevoir vs. Gallade.

I think Moose means feminine vs. masculine. But in anycase, I like the lighter one better. As has been stated, it looks a little too close to Kangaskhan, though. And its stomach looks so....empty. Maybe you should add something there to balance it out and give it, I dunno, blades on the sides of its arms or something. Make it look dangerous.

I prefer the darker one myself. Anyway will this male Kangaskhan have a different name, or will it just be different gender? Yeah I also think some more ferocious features will do for this pokemon, something that will make it stand out, like horns or something.
